Refund Policy
In compliance with our commitment to customer satisfaction and fairness, we at Edukron (AIML LABS PVT LTD) have instituted a comprehensive withdrawal and refund policy for all our programs. Our policy ensures that our customers have ample time to evaluate our offerings and make informed decisions about their enrollment.
Upon subscribing to any of our programs, customers are provided with a ten-day Refund Window, starting from the date of their first session or class. This generous timeframe allows individuals to engage with the program, explore its content, and assess its suitability to their needs and expectations. We believe that this period is crucial for our customers to determine whether the program aligns with their learning objectives and preferences.
Should a customer decide to opt out of or withdraw from a program within the stipulated Refund Window, they are entitled to request a refund for the fees already paid. We understand that circumstances may change or expectations may evolve, and thus, we respect our customers' right to reconsider their enrollment decisions during this period.
To initiate the refund process, customers are required to notify us in writing via email, specifically addressing their request for refund or cancellation of enrollment within the Refund Window. This communication serves as an official record of the customer's decision and enables us to expedite the refund process efficiently.
In alignment with our commitment to transparency and integrity, we process all refunds to the customer's designated bank account. Regardless of the payment method used for the enrollment fees, refunds are facilitated through NEFT/IMPS/RTGS or any other suitable method as determined by Edukron. We may request additional information or documentation, such as a cancelled cheque pertaining to the customer's bank account, to verify their credentials and ensure the accuracy of the refund transaction.
Our aim is to streamline the refund process and minimize any inconvenience to our customers. Therefore, upon receiving all relevant information and documentation, we endeavor to process refunds promptly, with a target timeline of thirty (30) days. This timeframe allows us to conduct necessary verifications while ensuring timely resolution for our customers.
It is important to note that our refund policy applies universally to all our programs, regardless of their nature or duration. Whether it's the cutting-edge Edukron Edge program, the comprehensive Edukron Academy curriculum, or any other program offered by Edukron, customers can rest assured that they have a ten-day window to evaluate their enrollment decision and seek a refund if needed.
Furthermore, we understand that circumstances may vary, and individual preferences may change over time. Therefore, if a customer wishes to withdraw from a program outside the Refund Window, they acknowledge that they will not be entitled to a refund of any platform fees paid. We believe in fostering a transparent and mutually beneficial relationship with our customers, and we appreciate their understanding and cooperation in this regard.
In instances where a third party has paid or is paying the platform fees on behalf of the customer, or if third-party financing has been utilized, the customer assumes responsibility for continuing payments to the third party, even in the event of withdrawal from the program outside the Refund Window. This acknowledgment underscores the importance of honoring financial obligations and maintaining clear communication channels between all involved parties.
In conclusion, our withdrawal and refund policy underscores our commitment to customer satisfaction, transparency, and fairness. By providing a ten-day Refund Window for all our programs, we empower our customers to make informed decisions about their enrollment and ensure a positive learning experience with Edukron. We value the trust and confidence our customers place in us, and we remain dedicated to upholding the highest standards of service and integrity in all our interactions.
